Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Saint Louis, MO is hiring an Entry‑Level Lube Technician. You will deliver top‑tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and light inspections.

No automotive experience is required thanks to our award‑winning training program. From day one, you’ll learn to inspect and replace components, handle safety procedures, and maintain a clean, efficient service bay.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
