Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Natchitoches, LA is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, ensure customer safety, and gain hands-on training through our award-winning program.

No prior automotive experience is required; the company provides comprehensive training and a clear path to career advancement within 18–24 months, with competitive compensation and benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:
  • Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
