Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Lebanon, MO to deliver friendly, product-focused customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles. You’ll help guests stay safe on the road by performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery/lighting inspections as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll receive hands-on training, with a pathway to growth toward a Service Center Manager in 18–24 months, along with benefits

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
