Job summary

Valvoline is seeking a Lube Technician at our Saint Joseph, MO location. You’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and preventive maintenance while delivering quality service to customers.

Starting with hands-on training, you will learn quickly and have the opportunity to advance to a Service Center Manager role within 18–24 months. Willingness to learn and a team-first attitude are essential.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don't work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
