Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Lees Summit, MO is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to perform oil changes and basic preventive maintenance while delivering top-tier customer service. Training is provided, and you can grow into a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand training materials, safety procedures, labels, and instructions.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and inspect lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other services.
