Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Bossier City, LA is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. You’ll perform preventative maintenance tasks and deliver top-tier customer service while learning through our award-winning training program.

No previous automotive experience is required. The role offers hands-on training, a starting wage of $15.25 per hour with weekly pay, flexible weekend hours, benefits, and opportunities to advance into a management

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Excellent customer-service attitude.
• English reading, writing and speaking fluency.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect tires for wear.
• Test and replace batteries when necessary.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check.
