Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Saint Charles, MO is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and an 18-point maintenance check with a friendly, supportive team.

No automotive experience is required thanks to our award-winning training. We provide hands-on instruction, competitive pay at $16.75 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits, with opportunities to advance to a Service Center Manager in 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• From day one you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning.
• Schedule flexibility (weekends may be required) and a customer-focused team mindset.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other services as trained.
