Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Maple Valley, WA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No prior automotive experience is required; you will receive award-winning training to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and more.

You will join a friendly, customer-focused team with a clear path for growth, including potential to advance to a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months. Weekly pay, benefits, and education support are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends; no late nights or major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights and wipers inspection.
• Conduct 18-point maintenance checks and ensure vehicle safety on the road.
• Provide friendly customer service and explain services performed.
