Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) invites applicants for an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Tigard, OR. You’ll gain hands-on training and help customers with preventive maintenance, starting with oil changes and fluid checks.

No prior automotive experience is required; successful trainees can advance toward a Service Center Manager role within 18–24 months while benefiting from employer-provided training and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training provided from day one.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check
