Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) Grand Rapids is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll perform oil changes and basic maintenance with a friendly team, gaining hands-on experience through our award-winning training program.

No automotive experience is required from day one. We offer weekly pay, health benefits, tuition assistance, and clear paths to advancement, including potential to become a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• From day one, hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility, including potential weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance.
• Check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires and inspect lights/wipers.
• Follow an 18-point maintenance checklist.
