Roylo Partners in Laredo, TX is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to support distribution flow and resource management. This role offers hands-on mentorship and clear career progression in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Open to all academic degree backgrounds (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Beginners welcome; background in warehouse operations, retail stocking, customer service, or office coordination is a plus, training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Track Inventory & Assets: maintain real-time stock logs, dispatch schedules, promotional material kits, and shipment manifests.
• Synchronize Supply Routes: coordinate with venue partners, transportation leads, and field teams to ensure equipment arrives safely and on schedule.
• Resolve Logistics Bottlenecks: spot inventory delays early, monitor delivery metrics, and implement swift, practical staging solutions.
• Lead Strategy Briefings: facilitate morning distribution syncs, assign priority tasks, document key decisions, and maintain daily workflow.
