Qualifications

College education in business, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning logistics systems.
Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow.
Experience with logistics and TMW Suite is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Make daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity.
Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers.
Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
Build relationships with carriers and expand the network.
Enter shipment updates and carrier information into systems in real-time.
Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver great service.
