Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning logistics systems.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow.
• Experience with logistics and TMW Suite is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity.
• Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers.
• Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Build relationships with carriers and expand the network.
• Enter shipment updates and carrier information into systems in real-time.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity

• Build relationships with carriers and identify opportunities to grow our network
• Enter shipment updates and carrier information into our systems accurately and in real-time
• Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver great service

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous logistics and TMW Suite software experience is a plus—but not required
