Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for homebuyers throughout the loan process, providing frequent communication and high-quality customer service.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Mortgage and Homebuilding staff to ensure loans move efficiently from application through closing.
• Manage multiple loan files simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Set up and maintain loan files, ensuring all required documentation is collected and properly recorded.
• Order and track required exhibits and verifications, including VOE, VOD, credit reports and other supporting docs.
• Follow up on submitted and pending loans to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness prior to underwriting and closing.
• Coordinate closing documentation and ensure all requirements are satisfied before final approval.

As a Loan Processor, you will work directly with homebuying customers and act as a key liaison between borrowers, the homebuilding sales team, and the underwriting department.
