Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course seeks an entry-level Line Cook to join our culinary team on the Monterey Peninsula. You will work with experienced chefs to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You'll learn recipes, follow established techniques, and help maintain cleanliness and organization, while collaborating with senior chefs. The role offers the chance to grow within a premier hospitality brand on the coast, with opportunities

Formación

• Full Availability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
