Jacobs is seeking an Entry-Level Lighting/Electrical Engineer to support lighting design on building and transportation projects. You’ll create construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation, coordinating with architectural designers or roadway engineers in St. Louis, Chicago, or Madison.

You’ll create construction drawings with a focus on lighting design for various building and transportation projects in close coordination with architectural designers or roadway engineers using Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation software.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• US Citizenship is required

Ideally, you’ll also have

• EIT or FE credentials
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Microstation
• Experience in construction plan preparation
• Experience with AGI32
• Experience working with roadway engineers, architects, interior designers engineers and lighting designers.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

The base salary range for this position is $62,500.00 to $88,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
