Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time Life Insurance Agent to join our team! You'll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We'll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. • Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. (Eastern time zone)
• Starts out Hourly + Bonuses and moves to Base + Commissions.

Responsibilities

• Get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide materials.
• Have productive meetings with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Assist clients with completing forms, meeting policy requirements, and navigating the claims process.
• Maintain up-to-date contracting paperwork, databases, records, and bookkeeping.
• Support policyholders during the claims process and oversee existing claims.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and financial standing to ensure the best service.
• Onboard new clients and retain existing ones through customer service tasks like appointment booking and inquiries.
• Grow the customer base through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Ability to pivot quickly and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Humble and coachable attitude.
• Must pass a background check.
• Obtain an Insurance License within 30 days of hire; once licensed, sell appointments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in health or life insurance is a plus.
• Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Current Life & Health insurance license is a plus but not required.
