Responsibilities:
  1. Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and customer satisfaction.
  2. Listen to clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting suitable insurance plans.
  3. Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while maintaining a current client portfolio.
  4. Customize risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's needs.
  5. Maintain accurate logs of sales, client reports, and records to track progress toward goals.
  6. License & Compliance: Obtain your state insurance license (if not already licensed) and adhere to all industry regulations.
  7. Product Knowledge: Master life and annuity products to offer tailored client solutions.
  8. Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
  9. Sales Prospecting: Grow your client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  10. Customer Service: Support clients post-sale with policy updates and inquiries.
  11. Time Management: Balance client meetings, prospecting, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  12. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for policies sold and premiums.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience with sales or accounting software is beneficial.
  2. Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to obtain one.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze complex ideas.
  5. Willingness to learn and understand relevant regulations.

Compensation:

$50,000+ per year in plan commissions.
