Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an outgoing field salesperson to represent the brand at homeowners' doors in the Mahopac area. You will share what makes our window and door solutions unique and schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.

No prior experience is required as training and tools are provided. Earn $21/hr during training, $23/hr after, plus uncapped bonuses, a $300 sign-on bonus, full benefits, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

• Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn:

• $21/hour during training and $23/hour once training is completed
