Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is hiring for an in-home sales role in the Yorktown area. You will visit homeowners, discuss window and door solutions, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team.

No prior experience is needed as training and tools are provided to help you succeed and earn uncapped bonuses. A sign-on bonus of $300 is offered, along with benefits and a full insurance package.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn

• $21/hour during training and $23/hour once training is completed
