Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is hiring a field sales representative to connect with homeowners in their communities and schedule in-home consultations. The role emphasizes presenting our window and door solutions and building rapport through direct outreach.

Training is provided to help you succeed and grow within the company. You will generate leads, educate customers about products, and coordinate with the sales team to convert interest into appointments and sales.

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Uncapped Bonuses . No Experience Needed.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn:

• $21/hour during training and $23/hour once training is completed
• Uncapped Bonuses and $300 sign on bonus!
