Renewal by Andersen is seeking an outgoing field Sales Representative to be the face of the brand in homeowners' neighborhoods. You will generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, and present our window and door solutions while walking door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods.

No prior experience required; we provide all training and tools. Compensation includes $21/hour during training and $23/hour after, plus uncapped bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn:

• $21/hour during training and $23/hour once training is completed
• Uncapped Bonuses and $300 sign on bonus!
