Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is hiring a field sales ambassador to connect with homeowners at their doors, discuss our window and door solutions, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team.

No experience is required; we provide full training and tools. Earn $21/hour during training, $23/hour after, plus uncapped bonuses and a $300 sign-on bonus, with a full benefits package and 401(k) matching.

• A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!
