Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking an energetic, people-focused representative to meet homeowners at their homes and discuss our window and door solutions. You’ll generate leads, schedule in-home consultations with our sales team, and share what makes our products different.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training and tools to help you succeed and earn uncapped bonuses and competitive hourly pay. This role involves walking in various outdoor conditions.

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Uncapped Bonuses. No Experience Needed.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn

• $21/hour during training and $23/hour once training is completed
• Uncapped Bonuses and $300 sign on bonus!
