Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking an entry-level Lab Analyst to perform routine chemical and physical analyses on a limited variety of materials to support fluid analysis, research, development and production activities. The role requires adherence to quality systems, accurate data recording, and keeping the lab in good order.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED. Entry-level with 0–1 years experience.
• Good command of English; strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand laboratory tests to be performed on process chemicals/fluids.
• Record data accurately and concisely.
• Report data to internal customers and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Prepare laboratory tasks under supervision and maintain equipment.
• Maintain a clean lab and ensure proper waste handling.
