Job summary

Training will be provided; no previous experience required. The role involves lifting, standing, and bending, flexible scheduling, reliable transportation, and collaboration with management to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or currently enrolled in high school.
• No prior experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to use a mobile device for communication.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend.

Responsibilities

• Uphold food safety standards during preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
• Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Vendor check-ins.
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Keeping restaurant and equipment clean.
• Restocking food ingredients.
