Job summary

PMG is seeking to fill an entry-level restaurant associate position in North Carolina. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and assist with food preparation, daily cleaning, and safety standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates should have reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and the ability to lift and stand for shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• No experience required; training will be provided
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule required
• Must have a mobile device for communication
• Ability to lift, stand and bend during shifts

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register and handle cash tasks according to PMG standards
• Uphold food safety standards during preparation and serving of food
• Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Vendor check-ins
• Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding safety and operational excellence are followed
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Keep restaurant and equipment clean
• Restock food ingredients
