Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking an entry-level restaurant associate in North Carolina to join our team. You will work with colleagues to support customer service, food preparation, daily cleaning, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

No prior experience is required; candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Training will be provided, with some evening/weekend shifts possible; PMG champions a supportive, inclusive work

Responsibilities

Uphold food safety standards during preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Vendor Check-Ins.
Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management.
Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect.
Support Management with other assigned tasks.
Keeping restaurant and equipment clean.
Restocking food ingredients.
