Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group in Kentucky is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with customer service, food preparation, and daily store tasks. You will help maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality control while supporting management.

You will work with team members to complete duties, keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, stock ingredients, and communicate issues to leadership. No previous experience required; reliable transportation and schedule flexibility are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; GED or currently enrolled in high school acceptable.
• No prior food service experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Uphold food safety standards during preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Keeping restaurant and equipment clean
• Restocking food ingredients
