Job summary

Carolina Construction is seeking a dependable Kitchen Prep & Delivery Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, washing dishes, and safely delivering meals to various locations. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with ordering and storage, and adhering to health department guidelines.

This part-time role offers a weekday schedule with up to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
• Portion and season foods appropriately.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Wash dishes and organize kitchen equipment.
• Assist with food ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Safely deliver prepared food to designated locations.
• Follow food safety and health department guidelines.
