Formación

• Entry-level IT position requiring readiness for first-level troubleshooting and IT operations.
• Education or experience equivalent to graduation in IT or CS or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking concepts; industry certs desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for County departments.
• Set up and install technology equipment; configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Front-line end-user support for computers, printers, phones and IT systems.
• Assist with user accounts, email, and basic network access.
• Perform software updates, routine maintenance, cybersecurity best practices, and data backup procedures.
