Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to peers and non-technical associates.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience (internships, academic projects, or part-time work considered)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to develop, test, and deploy software solutions
• Assist in automating build, deployment, and monitoring processes for new and existing applications
• Write and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and system architecture
• Participate in code reviews and follow established software development best practices
• Support the debugging and resolution of basic software or system issues as escalated
• Analyze data and write queries to support troubleshooting and performance monitoring
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements
