Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an IT Consultant Sr to provide production support for the network and desktop environment, monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement new designs and configurations. The role requires collaboration across multiple disciplines to resolve outages with high impact and to support deployment initiatives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, 6 years of relevant experience including architecture, integration, technical analysis, and 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in the offered role or related occupation.
• 6 years of experience with solution architecture skills/understanding systems integration design.
• 6 years of experience with technical application support and troubleshooting skills.
• 6 years of experience with project lifecycle skills (SDLC, waterfall, Agile).
• 6 years of experience with technical analysis skills.
• 3 years of experience with network monitoring skills (including tools such as Dynatrace).
• Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed.

The IT Consultant Sr will provide production support to include system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced business partner support for the existing network and desktop environment; serve as point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility; provide deployment/implementation support to include planning and executing the implementation of new network designs or configurations or enhancements to the existing network and desktop environment. 40 hours per week. Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed.
