Job summary

Dynamic Catholic is offering a summer IT internship in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will work closely with the IT Systems Administrator, supporting helpdesk tickets and learning end‑user support, IAM tools, and server administration fundamentals.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Google Accounts, Okta SSO, AzureAD, and endpoint management tools while contributing to security practices and project work that keeps staff and ministries running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing IT-related studies or a related field.
• Interest in IT, cybersecurity, and network administration.
• Able to learn quickly and assist team in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve basic end-user issues.
• Assist with identity and access management tasks (Google Accounts, Okta SSO, AzureAD).
• Gain exposure to endpoint management and device configuration.
• Learn network basics, firewall concepts, and cybersecurity practices.
• Work under mentorship on IT project tasks and daily operations.

What you'll leave with

• Hands-on experience supporting a helpdesk ticketing system and resolving real end-user issues

• Introductory experience with Microsoft Azure and server administration fundamentals
