Job summary

Dynamic Catholic offers a summer IT internship in the Greater Cincinnati area, giving hands-on exposure to helpdesk support, identity and access management, and cyber security practices. You will work with our IT Systems Administrator to gain real-world experience across infrastructure, security, and end-user support in a mission-driven environment.

This paid internship includes housing support in Cincinnati and mentorship, aimed at building practical IT skills for future careers in IT

Qualifications

• Interest in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Willingness to learn helpdesk, infrastructure, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a love for learning.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience supporting a helpdesk ticketing system and resolving real end-user issues.
• Exposure to identity and access management tools (Google Accounts, Okta SSO, AzureAD).
• Experience with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Egnyte).
• Introductory experience with Microsoft Azure and server administration fundamentals.
• Exposure to endpoint management and MDM tools (PDQ, Intune, Mosyle).
• Familiarity with IT asset management (Snipe-IT).
• Insight into network management, firewall basics, and cybersecurity practices.
• Mentorship from an IT Systems Administrator and exposure to real IT project work.
