Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical and user support for Windows environments, applications, email, security issues, and production equipment.
• Provide application support for common PC applications.
• Troubleshoot using remote control tools and document services provided.
• Use ITSM ticketing system to open, track, and escalate tickets as needed.
