Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years’ professional experience in IT, tech-support, or related field.
• This is a fulltime in-office role with the ability to work remotely on a limited basis after training.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, workstation imaging, and Microsoft System Center.
• Proactive nature and ability to rely on your experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software.
• Loading workstations for new hires and setting up desks.
• Creating end-user guides for operating hardware and software platforms.
• Maintaining the firm's internal IT ticketing system and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborating with firm members to address technical inquiries and recommendations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving tickets across firm footprint (phone, remote, onsite).
• Documenting procedures and best practices.
