Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to assist with desktop hardware, software, and network-related challenges. You will gain hands-on experience across a global tech environment, resolving end-user issues under supervision and traveling to support at trade shows as required.

Responsibilities include setting up and configuring desktops, troubleshooting hardware and software, and coordinating with vendors for resolution.

Qualifications

• High school level knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• A+ Certification or other technology certifications a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop end-user support including hardware, printers, and software installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for desktop systems and network-related technologies.
• Assist with configuring and maintaining workstations and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution and software upgrades.
• Support users and participate in preparatory setups for trade shows as needed.
• Help monitor IT systems and assist in backup procedures.
