Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful/problem-solver with the ability to adapt to change.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• No sponsorship required to work legally in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the Information Technology team with ongoing and/or new projects.
• May support IT Business Partner, IT Infrastructure Analyst, IT Development, or IT Cyber Security teams.
• Work on assigned projects including research, documentation, development, coordination, and decision making.
• Follow Project Management guidelines and deploy change management to minimize disruption.
• Help develop and maintain the design-build-deliver pipeline across physical infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Identify repeated tasks as candidates for process automation and collaborate with IT teams to implement.
• Promote teamwork by sharing knowledge and supporting business goals.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
