Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communications/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions.
• Identify efficiency opportunities in processes and workflows.
• Conduce technician training and certification activities.
• Lead root cause and corrective action efforts with internal teams and suppliers.
