The Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller is seeking an entry-level Service Desk technician to provide front-line IT support and customer service. The role focuses on timely incident resolution, documentation, and user assistance to ensure efficient business operations.

You will work in-office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, serving both Punta Gorda and Murdock offices.

Qualificações

• Entry-level role requiring problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows client operating systems preferred.
• In-office position with regular daytime hours.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve help requests and incidents.
• Provide Tier I technical support and escalate complex issues to Tier II.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, software, and peripherals for end users.
• Monitor desktop performance and recommend fixes; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records across offices.
• Document incidents and solutions in the Service Desk system; update FAQs.
