Job summary

Heritage Family Credit Union is seeking an IT Operations Technician I to provide frontline IT support, help with daily IT operations, and gain hands-on experience across systems, networks, devices, and applications.

You will assist with hotline calls, tickets, user devices, access changes, and basic system and network tasks while building practical skills through cross-training and collaboration. This entry-level role includes travel to branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level IT experience or training helpful.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support by responding to service requests and troubleshooting issues.
• Support employee devices, applications, system access, hardware deployments, and routine maintenance.
• Assist with technology projects, documentation, equipment installations, network tasks, and onsite branch support as needed.
• Travel to Credit Union locations for onsite support and incident response.
