Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking an IT Network & Infrastructure Support Analyst I to support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core infrastructure and site networking. The role blends customer support with hands-on engineering tasks in a collaborative environment.

You’ll work with endpoints, VMs, NAS, cloud storage, identity services, backups, and monitoring tools, gaining exposure to LAN/WAN, security, and development environments while supporting multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• Foundational infrastructure concepts: Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud, OSI model, networking basics.
• Willingness to learn, strong communication, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line infrastructure and network support.
• Assist in deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and sites.
• Monitor performance and respond to issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Document configurations, changes, and network diagrams.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Applications, and OT teams.
