Job summary

VB Spine, LLC is seeking a Network & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to provide day-to-day support for network infrastructure and desktop systems in a fast-paced environment. You will design, implement, monitor, and optimize our network with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or substitutable experience, CCNA/CCNP/CompTIA Network+ preferred, and 4+ years in enterprise IT networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or substitutable experience.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive IT experience in network operations or service delivery.
• Enterprise network administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud networks.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security events.
• Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Plan network changes, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Administer firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Develop network documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams on security controls.
