Job summary

Neovia in Greenwood, IN is seeking an entry-level IT Infrastructure Analyst I to support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core infrastructure and site networking, while delivering first-class customer support. You will work across LAN/WAN, servers, storage, cloud platforms, identity services, backup, and monitoring tools, pairing infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Foundational infra concepts including OS, networking, and security basics.
• Exposure to Cisco/Aruba/UniFi network hardware is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical abilities; strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support end users, sites, and operations through service desk tools.
• Assist in configuration and maintenance of systems, applications, and tooling.
• Monitor performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot VM, storage, cloud, identity, security, and performance issues under guidance.
• Maintain network documentation and site diagrams; update configurations as needed.
• Provide first-line network support for site LAN/WAN and escalate to Network Services.
