Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

• Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Freshservice.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.
