Job summary

The Dallas Mavericks are seeking an entry-level End-User Support specialist to provide first-line IT assistance across arenas, offices, and cloud environments. You’ll handle ticketed requests, document resolutions, and collaborate with a growing team to keep devices and software running smoothly.

Responsibilities include imaging Windows PCs and MacBooks, supporting Azure AD and Microsoft 365 apps, and basic networking, AV, and IPTV systems.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT support role requiring 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3.
