Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Houston, TX is seeking an IT Associate to support our internal billing platform used to price and invoice reconditioning work. This data administration role focuses on maintaining accurate, current, and consistent information within that system.

The position involves regular record maintenance, verification of data against approved sources, and follow-up on discrepancies. It is an entry-level role within a small IT team with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with spreadsheet software; sorting, filtering, and basic formulas recommended.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and identify when revisions are needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain pricing across customer accounts with verification.
• Maintain personnel records and reconcile with other sources on a schedule.
• Conduct audits to identify duplicates or incomplete data and coordinate resolution.
• Document audit findings and communicate with the responsible department.
• Apply configuration standards when new accounts or service items are added and resolve exceptions.
• Respond to routine end-user inquiries and maintain records of requests.
