Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain pricing across customer accounts, verifying accuracy before changes take effect and confirming correct application afterward.
• Maintain personnel records for field staff through hiring, location and role changes, and separation, and reconcile those records against other company sources on a defined schedule.
• Conduct scheduled audits of system data to identify duplicate records, incomplete entries, and information that no longer matches its approved source.
• Document audit findings and coordinate with the responsible department contact through resolution.
• Apply established configuration standards when new accounts, locations, or service items are added, and elevate exceptions.
• Respond to routine end-user inquiries from field and management staff, resolving or escalating as appropriate and maintaining accurate records of each request.
• Maintain documentation for assigned processes and procedures.
