Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a division of Globus Medical, provides intraoperative neuromonitoring services and offers entry-level opportunities with full training. You will monitor patients nervous systems during surgeries and work with top surgeons in a fast-paced OR environment.

This field-based role requires CNIM eligibility, strong teamwork, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support cases across hospitals.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; no previous professional experience necessary.
Must be CNIM eligible via the ABRET pathway.
Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or anatomy/physiology preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% and work in the operating room.

Responsibilities

Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries and monitor the patients nervous system.
Communicate monitoring findings to the surgeon and surgical team during cases.
Display and label waveforms, measure latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times per guidelines.
Identify protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection.
Complete documentation and maintain IOM logs and files, including timely uploads.
Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
Adhere to company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Travel to hospitals as required to support cases.
